coextrude profiles made of multiple polymers with metal inserts in shorter
product development cycles while simultaneously reducing their production
costs. The HyperXtrude solver allows the production engineers to analyze the
material flow and heat transfer inside the die during extrusion to validate die
designs, which in turn helps to reduce or eliminate costly and
time Click2Extrude is an easy to use CAD based interface. You will
not need to complete steps such as meshing or boundary condition creation
manually. All these operations are completely done in the background with

Specification can be different from cycle to cycle up to a maximum of five cycles. For axial taper, five linear taper zones are supported.
Automatic Model Setup
You only work with the CAD model. The steps required to do the computational analysis of extrusion are completely handled in the background without user intervention.
Coextrusion Analysis
Click2Extrude can help to analyze the extrusion of one or more polymers. Up to five coextrusion layers are allowed.
Metal insert
In this release, the inserts are modeled as a process condition. The insert condition is specified on the interface at which the polymer is in contact with the insert.
Symmetric Models
Click2Extrude allows you to take advantage of the model's symmetry and model either quarterly or half or any symmetric section of the model.
Material Models
Click2Extrude comes with a built in material database. It also allows you to maintain your own database by adding, modifying and deleting material data in your own database. Commonly used polymer material models are supported.

Installation guide
