Today's extrusion companies are required to coextrude profiles made of multiple polymers with metal inserts in shorter product development cycles while simultaneously reducing their production costs. The HyperXtrude solver allows the production engineers to analyze the material flow and heat transfer inside the die during extrusion to validate die designs, which in turn helps to reduce or eliminate costly and time Click2Extrude is an easy to use CAD based interface. You will not need to complete steps such as meshing or boundary condition creation manually. All these operations are completely done in the background with no user intervention.
SolidThinking Click2Extrude Metal and Polymer are simulation based environments designed to help metal and polymer extrusion companies meet the ever-increasing demands of producing complex profiles with tight tolerances, quality finish surfaces and high strength strengths at reduced cost. Click2Extrude Metal and Click2Extrude Polymer are virtual printers where users can visualize material flow and temperature inside the die during extrusion and make necessary changes to ensure balanced flow, while identifying and eliminating product defects.
Choked Bearing
Click2Extrude can automatically handle bearing regions with a choke. 

Variable Bearing Start
Models with bearings starting at different Z coordinates (variable bearing start) are supported, and this will require manual manipulation of the bearing region. 
Charge Weld Analysis
With a click of a button, any model can be submitted for transient analysis and charge weld analysis is automatically enabled. 
Billet Skin Tracking
While creating the bill, a skin layer can be added with no extra effort. This is an automatic billing skin tracking analysis, which is used to predict back end defects, butt length, and any potential issues with the die design. 
Starter Billets
Multi-cycle analysis with different billet lengths for each cycle up to five cycles. Tapered Billet HeatingClick2Extrude now supports specification of tapered heating: axial, lateral, and radial. Specification can be different from cycle to cycle up to a maximum of five cycles. For axial taper, five linear taper zones are supported. 
Automatic Model Setup
You only work with the CAD model. The steps required to do the computational analysis of extrusion are completely handled in the background without user intervention. 
Coextrusion Analysis
Click2Extrude can help to analyze the extrusion of one or more polymers. Up to five coextrusion layers are allowed. 
Metal insert
In this release, the inserts are modeled as a process condition. The insert condition is specified on the interface at which the polymer is in contact with the insert. 
Symmetric Models
Click2Extrude allows you to take advantage of the model's symmetry and model either quarterly or half or any symmetric section of the model. 
Material Models
Click2Extrude comes with a built in material database. It also allows you to maintain your own database by adding, modifying and deleting material data in your own database. Commonly used polymer material models are supported.

Installation guide
1. Install the software
2) Copy and replace the contents of the Cracked file folder at the software installation location and replace the previous file (s). 
Default path:
Metal Extrusion: C: \ Program Files \ Click2Extrude Metal Extrusion \ 2017.2600 
Polymer Extrusion:   C: \ Program Files \ Click2Extrude Polymer Extrusion \ 2017.2600
3. Run the software
Software installation location: The installation location folder is usually located in the Windows drive and within the Program Files folderYou can also find the installation location in this way
- In Windows XP: After installation, right-click on the shortcut in the Start menu and click Properties, and then click Find Target
- In Windows 7: After installation, right-click on the shortcut in the Start menu and click on the Open file location option
- In Windows 8: After installation, right-click on the Shortcut on the Start Screen and click on the Open file location option, in the window that opens, right-click on the shortcut of the software and click Open file location click.
