Training camp for self defense is a gameThe video is a sports and simulation game developed by Ubisoft and released by the company in November 2011 for the Xbox 360 console. To run this game, you need to have a Kinect external device installed on your console and the game needs this product. The camera allows Xbox 360 users to control all components on the screen without touching any controller. The camera is even capable of understanding and recognizing the sounds of the user, and with their recognition they are able to perform the command given by the user. The game involves teaching players to practice martial arts techniques and various forms of Tai Chi combat exercises, with personal defense that will teach you zero to one hundred. There are four selective game modes in the main menu: cardio training, balance exercises, self defense exercises and reflex training. In practicing the balance, the player is practicing yoga movements.

    

Self-Defense Training Camp is a sports video game released by Ubisoft for the Xbox 360, and was released in North America on November 8, 2011. The game was also released in Europe under the title of My Self Defense Coach on November 11, 2011.

Self-Defense Training Camp involves teaching players how to perform martial arts-based techniques and various forms of this chi, along with self defense. There are four selectable game modes in the main menu: Cardio Workout, Balance Practices, Self Defense Rehearsal, and Reflex Training. In "Cardio Workout", players perform "martial arts fitness workouts", such as punches and kicks. Balance Practices involves doing yoga-style stretches. In "Self Defense Rehearsal", there are five sessions of six activities for players to play, which simply involve performing a move such as kicking an opponent's crotch. Reflex Training involves dodging from opposing punches.
