VERICUT is a simulator software used to analyze the simulation results for the Mac Enics engineering disciplines, and so on.

VERICUT Verification
VERICUT is a 3D solids-based software program that interactively simulates the material removal process of an NC program. The program depicts multi-axis milling / drilling as well as multi-axis turning and combination mill / turn machining. It allows you to verify the accuracy and quality of your NC program. Inefficient motion or programming errors that could potentially ruin the part, damage the fixture, or break the cutting tool can be corrected before the program runs on a CNC machine tool. 
OptiPath Optimization
VERICUT is equipped with NC program optimization capabilities. Based on the initial programmed feed rates, VERICUT automatically determines the optimal safe feed rate for each cut. Cycle time can be reduced significantly. Optimized feed rates also result in longer cutting tool life, less broken cutting tools and scrapped parts, better quality parts due to minimized cutter deflection and better finish on part surfaces and edges due to constant tool pressure. 
CNC Machine Simulation
VERICUT shows material removal at the workpiece level, but can also simulate all machine tools as they appear on a shop floor. Machine Simulation detects collisions and near-misses between all machine tool components such as axis slides, heads, turrets, rotary tables, spindles, tool changers, fixtures, work pieces, cutting tools, and other user-defined objects. A user can set up near-miss zones around the components to check for close calls, and detect over-travel errors.

Installation guide

1. Put your system history on 10.10.2013. 
2. Start installing the software, and when prompted for the local host, enter 127.0.0.1; you can also enter your computer name (not your username). 
3. There is a problem with the crack file located next to the software installation file. Before cracking the software, the crack file was downloaded correctly (via the Crack Download link) alone, and to crack the software from this file and the following crack guide use. 
4. When the software is installed, copy the cgtech.if file from the Crack folder to the installation folder in the license folder (C: \ Program Files \ cgtech \ 7.1.6 \ windows \ license) on Windows 64 Copy the bit in addition to the folder in the folder (C: \ Program Files \ cgtech \ 7.1.6 \ windows64 \ license), then execute the following files in each of the following paths: 
install_server_service.bat
update_license.bat 
start_server_service.bat 
5. But sometimes you may encounter an error message when running the software, in which case you just have to run the update_license.bat and start_server_service.bat files again.
