If you get a "can't start ProNest server service" error during installation or a "can't connect to ProNest server" error while running version 2021, from the Start menu, search for Services and find the ProNest server service from the right-click menu. Select the Start option. If you receive an error, open the folder C: \ Program Files \ Microsoft SQL Server \ MSSQL14.PRONEST \ MSSQL \ DATA, rename both ProNest14.mdf and ProNest14_log.ldf files and restart your system.
