Description

OLI Systems is software for simulating electrolyte thermodynamics and rust in water. OLI software advances existing science. OLI Systems is an advanced software solution in the chemical process industry based on technological advances to predict thermophysical and corrosion properties in electrolytic processes.

Stream Analyzer: The easiest access to the thermodynamic electrolyte framework. Features of this program are point balance calculations, point check calculations to analyze temperature, pressure, pH trends.

ScaleChem: is a choice between major oil and gas disciplines that seeks to model the behavior of water produced under different conditions.

Corrosion Analyzer: Developed to help materials scientists, metallurgists, and process engineers understand the effects of corrosion on contact with a metal surface. Start with insights provided by the distribution of ions in steam, water, solid and liquid. Corrosion Analyzer provides specialized calculations including stability charts, general uniform corrosion calculations, localized corrosion index calculations, and residual life calculations based on pit depth versus time data.

Features and characteristics of OLI Systems software:

• Chemical corrosion rate: Corrosion rate and corrosion potential can be predicted automatically for selecting alloys including carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, copper alloy, aluminum.
• Local corrosion tendency: Calculation of corrosion potential and surface roughness for alloy testing
• Infinite Value Statistics (EVS): Predict long-term local corrosion propagation based on short-term or medium-term data
